I can remember when I was traveling like when I was living in Quebec I used to be in Ontario a fair bit and then I would travel to Saskatchewan to visit family. I had no problems going into the clinic, into the hospital, my ex went into the hospital. And it's just you have to pay whatever the fees are and it cost me like 2K because she ended up staying in for a day or two. But as soon as we got back to Quebec we submitted the receipts to the Quebec system and they refunded our money to us. It's just they don't do direct billing that far away. Quebec and Ontario will do direct billing. Ontario and Manitoba probably do direct billing to each other. They'll go like one province over but not coast to coast.
