Yeah, it's a last resort, right? You kind of hope that when you call them, it's a misdirected call because people always call them for City Hall kind of things or get me the police. They call them thinking that they're the police or anything like that. That's why now it's a call center and they ask you right away what you want. And it's kind of the last step before you actually get to the real people that you're supposed to talk to. That's so they could filter it a little better because, yeah, most people call for totally other reasons. Yeah, it's true, I guess. It's like an emergency room in a hospital. You walk in, everybody's sniffling with a bloody cold. That's not what the emergency room is for. If you haven't got a broken bone, it's not bleeding. There's no reason for you to be there.
