Well hey Jack and Annette and 5aqm. Thanks for the warm welcome We're doing great down here man. Scorchville is definitely gone. It's beautiful out. It's only 71 degrees right now Just lovely was out on the e-bike this morning bit about 15 miles our flying field got flooded. We had some horrific weather here We had about we had about four and a half inches of rain here at the KTH over a three day period It was a remnants of hurricane something or other I guess I don't know, but we got really wet lots of damage in Tempe lots of trees down We went up there yesterday But the XYL on e-bike by the way and we took off we did 18 miles went up into Tempe and surveyed some of the Damage lots of big old mesquite trees down everywhere It's going to take weeks to clean it up and our flying field got about five feet of water in it It's all gone now, but it was pretty doggone flooded now. It's going to have to dry out. It's like a swamp out there I was out there this morning checking it out, so anyway beautiful weather just chamber of commerce. It's just lovely got the door open and All is good We got to be hip this weekend of the hams in the park Over desert breeze about a mile from the house here, and we're also sponsoring the Jota event back to you Jack and 5a QM
