All right, Jack, not too bad today. It's good to hear Michael up in Whitehorse, Canada there. Always enjoy his check-ins. That sounds awful, scary, flying 10 around. That stuff will cut you real quick, I imagine, especially if it's shearing off of a roof due to high winds. I really hope that someone holds the contractor that did not do such a great job accountable. For remediation, for remedy there, that's unfortunate. But very fortunate that the crews got together and patched it up, it sounds like. That's pretty fun. I am operating slightly less in the cone of confusion today, albeit only slightly. And yeah, trying to put the mission together here is a little, I guess, late fall mission. I have a wedding to attend in Lost Wages, Nevada, end of next week. And hopefully by this time next week, I'll be scooting my way down there on the backside of the Sierras. Let's hope some weather can hold up and make it happen. KI7, UES.
