The one I'm hanging up today, I actually purchased from Palomar Engineers, but I've built a couple of quarter wave antennas with some chameleon whips based on designs by a guy down in California named Greg Mieren. They're called the performer and the challenger. They don't work very well here at my house, but they work quite well down on Elliott Bay. So that's kind of the extent of my antenna building experience. I'm relatively new to the hobby in general. So learning a lot and having fun playing around with Ann Davis. Back to the net. Cam 7, VLR.
