Good morning there Larry everybody on the net there. Yeah we hope that your upcoming trip there to Florida is a lot of fun and really enjoy it. And my cousin Susie from the Bay Area is flying in today and will be here for three days to celebrate my birthday. And so yeah we're more like sisters and cousins. We have twin mothers and so she's 15 years younger than me but it'll be great to see her. And boy it's too cold to be sitting out there in the screen porch this morning I think. What did you say it was? 58. 58 and that's not as cold as Joe's 48 there in Vegas but cold enough I think we'll just stay inside for a while. Yeah a pool of 70 Joe says so. Nope swimming is over till next year for sure. Anyway just got a few things to do to get busy or get ready today and ever good to hear everybody and Rosie there and the whole gang, the whole bud can make it on. He was got all settled I believe yesterday and his new senior apartment so yeah we're anxious to see how all that goes. I think he's gonna really like it sounds like a lovely place you know with the good food and good entertainment and so. And nothing else new or exciting so I'll turn it over to Mr. Joe here.
