Good morning, Daryl. Good morning, everybody on the net. Life's coming down to bicycle paths and hospitals. Yeah, I was surprised. I didn't even know it. Yesterday I was on and I actually bought six acres of land and I didn't even know I owned it until later in the day when I checked my email. I was arguing about the guy because we were going to buy this a lot, like a year ago when we were hiring. And I told him it was sold. And then on the way back, my best friend backed out and he said, Call the guy back. We aren't buying it. Now the guy's thinking I'm a little loony in the head, but they went back a week ago and they accepted the money. I've got to get them the money now, so that's the other thing. But I'll be a DE-9, I guess. I guess that's what I'll be, a DE-9. But I won't be living there for another 18 months. I'll build a cottage there and just live in it year-round. So that will be the thing there. Riding the bicycles and not doing much. It will be nice out there. They can have an outside garden and everything, so it will be different. It will be fun. It's way out in the woods. There's no neighbors or nothing, so it's in a really remote section. It will be different. I might have to get an electric bike to get around because it would be on a dirt road. Anyway, I'm not going to hold it.
