Well there were tons of people waiting for the clock to strike so they could open up their dispensaries and all the rest of it. Cause yeah I remember it was like that summer month, June, July of 2017. And before then there were all the pot shops that kind of had their fault start because they would open and they'd get busted down. So, um, so yeah they were on pins and needles waiting for that magic date. Beep
