Well, yeah, because the two major companies, they'll do retention plans and stuff. Yeah, so I know about calling and complaining and that. I haven't quite done that. People have told me they have where they dispute charges, they make the charges come off, and then retention deals are like if they're afraid you're going to leave and they don't want you to leave. They'll just promise anything under the sun or anything that's in front of them that they can promise you.
