Well, fine business there Jack, fine business. Good afternoon everybody. Thanks for doing the net Jack. Here I am on the scene. Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo. I am on the street. I am on the street here at Ragnier and Walden Street. Putting up a little traffic study camera here. I am Matt. Oh my goodness. You know, I operate perpetually within a cone of confusion. Sometimes I try to operate within a cone of silence, but I fail miserably at that. And you know, most every day I traffic in traffic cones. See what I did there Jack? So yeah, I'm always, you know, cones. I'm always within a cone of some sort. One could say I lead a pretty infundibular existence. That's one of my favorite words that I keep forgetting is one of my favorite words because it's so fun. Infundibular. Look it up. Anyway, having a good day here. It's gorgeous out so I'm really enjoying that. Spent a morning in the office doing some office-y things, but now I'm out in the field. So I feel I got a pretty good balance today. I'm getting a little peckish. I'm thinking I may need to stop by somewhere in one of this city's fine, lunching establishments and pick up some sustenance. So that's what I'm doing Jack.
