Oh, hey Rich, hey great to hear you all the way from Mexico. Thank you so much. I'm glad you're getting settled in. Well, I used to be a home brewer of beer and ale and all kinds of crazy things. One of the things is the offshoot of that endeavor was honey mead. Now, let me tell you a thing or two about champagne style mead. If you take your time, you do everything right, you do it in a clean manner, I tell you you can make one of the finest things humankind has ever produced and that is champagne style honey mead. The cleanest flavor, oh just the slightest bit of effervescence. Oh, it's just so amazing. Of course, I don't drink anymore so, you know, I'm kind of out of that that whole endeavor there, but I tell you it was so amazing. So back when you were making wine, did you ever try honey mead? No, I didn't.
