Dave, good morning to you. And Rich, the original Rich, good morning to you. Rich, I've missed trying to time my check-ins with your check-ins just so we can number ourselves during the round. Hopefully I'll be able to do a bit more of that. I've settled here in San Diego de Allende for a bit. I do have a couple of sort of smaller trips coming up, but nothing like truly overseas for a bit. Just getting settled in here. I had my first poker game last night with the old group, and it's like peso anti-poker. So there you go. But I won big, and I'm pretty jazzed about that. It's a moral victory, not so much a financial victory. Otherwise, just getting the place figured out. I'm in a different apartment this time. Got my All-Star node connected up here a couple of days ago. And I think locked in. Hopefully I'll find out. Hey, Dave, thanks so much, as always, for doing the net. Great to hear your voice again.
