The, you know, I like what Darryl was talking about, chat, you can go down a lot of rabbit holes with chat, and I've done it. I'm in the middle of the night, nobody's up. I started thinking about something. I started checking it out, and then I go down the rabbit hole and three hours later I've learned a whole lot more, but I sat in that chair way too long learning all that stuff instead of doing something active. Something that, well, yeah, never mind. But anyways, yesterday, you know, I was telling him my wife was getting ready to go into surgery, and she had, you know, asked the doctor for the FMLA papers, and they were signed and she sent them to the school, and then yesterday we get an email from them stating that they're not going to accept the FMLA. And basically they didn't believe that the required time to be off was necessary. They were assuming that the doctor didn't know enough and that they knew better. And I didn't really take off about that when she told me on the phone, so while she was still at school I looked at the letter, I put it in a chat QPT, asked a couple of questions and analyzed the letter, and it came up with all kinds of suggestions, which I took these suggestions, drafted a letter back to them, and when my wife got home I said, send this. Look at it and send it. And she goes, well, this is kind of harsh, don't you think? And I said, nope. I said, you know, it doesn't really matter. You have your pension. You could retire today if you want to. So if they get picked off at you and everything, who cares? You know, you have a set date that you want to retire after your next year and you want to sign a contract one more time, and you don't really have to do that. So if they do any retaliation, then, you know, who cares? So we started off and five minutes after we set that son of a gun off, they called us directly and said, you know what, we're going to accept you with SFM-AP, take all the time you need, and good luck and we hope that it turns out right. Just by one minute later, we got a letter that basically told them, hey, you're breaking the law and if you don't stop it, I'm going to go after you. Anyways, that's net control, K20I-Bama.
