In the early 2000s, we made it official that Newfoundland and Labrador will be the name of the province from here going on because it was just Newfoundland and Labrador was a part of it but it wasn't really recognized in the name. So in 2001, the name of Newfoundland was officially changed to Newfoundland and Labrador. Our mailing prefix used to be NF for Newfoundland, but now it's NL for Newfoundland and Labrador. Lots of significant events and you know, someone already said it, I think George maybe said it, you know, some things that may be significant to one group may not be significant to another group so I guess you could say that a significant event in Newfoundland history was when we were tricked into joining Canada. And there's a lot of dissatisfaction in Newfoundland lately with the federal government with talks of Alberta holding a referendum to leave the country, with Quebec ramping up their rhetoric that they want to leave the country again and now you've got a lot of people in Newfoundland that are pushing for us to do the same thing and that would basically leave Canada in tatters as far as I'm concerned. You know, if three very major, well I mean I really don't know what Quebec, you know, actually contributes, they just seem to take and take and take. But Alberta and Newfoundland, the two real only oil rich provinces in the country, I think Canada's gas prices would go pretty high if they didn't have Alberta and Newfoundland to wipe their noses with anymore because it seems that's what's being done. Any province that has abundance of natural resources, let me reset.
