Okay, last on our list, Smuckers, you know the people who make jelly and jams? Smuckers is suing Trader Joe's over an Uncrustable duplicate. Smuckers says it makes 1.5 billion of the frozen sandwiches a year and has invested one billion into the product. Trader Joe's hasn't responded to the lawsuit. You know what an Uncrustable is? It's kind of like a pie, a peanut butter and jelly pie is what it really is and they come frozen and so they're going to fight it out over that.
