Good morning, Greg. Good morning, everybody on the net. I'm not going to stick around. I've got things I've got to do this morning. It's been a hectic week here. I've still got a migraine headache, but I'm lucky. I got a doctor's appointment today at 3.30, so boy, after suffering almost four weeks with a migraine. It's an inner ear infection on my left side, and it's like PMJ, and it won't go away. You can't sleep with a migraine headache, so I hope the doctor gives me something strong and he gives me some antibiotic or something to drain my sinuses. Not a lot else is happening here. I'm waiting for an email from the real estate agent. I'm buying some land in New Brunswick. I put in an offer, and I'm just waiting to see if they accept it, and they got a bit, and they will. I should have done this a year ago. My friend said he was going in on me with the land. His wife wanted it, but he hesitated, and the price went up $5,000 because he waited a year. So they're all set to go, and I'm just waiting for the phone to ring. If it happens, it happens. If it don't, it don't. I don't care. It looks like a nice place to have a radio station set up. That's the story. Not much else happening. It's getting colder here. The seasons are changing. Anyway, I'm going to be listening, so over to you, Gray.
