K and for LBF, I have been in that position so many times and I used to work, I used to be a guest guide, that's how I got into IT. It would happen to people all the time and it doesn't help to say, well you should have backed up. That's a good way to get somebody really angry fast but it's something to think about and if it backs up automatically, that's even better. The documents you're talking about are pretty small. You could back them up to the cloud and that's something you want to think about going forward. It's best if you don't have to think about it because then it happens on a regular basis.
