Well that sounds like a great day, glad you had a nice drive both ways there and taking alternate routes is definitely the key to that sometimes. Including, I don't think I've ever taken Route 9, but just looking at it, I'm sure I've driven some of the southern most parts of it. I'm glad to hear it was a good day and you got to put together more of your family history there, that's great. And to see your grandmother's house and that hadn't changed, that's pretty cool. Not always the case, I know I've lived in a few places and a couple of them are no longer what they once were. But a house can be standing that long without looking significantly changed there.
