Long time no talk. I'm still down here in Indio. I think I'm gonna leave Thursday morning. There wasn't really much to do. There's a couple things that I want to do. I just was looking over, when you fire up Crum, and it has some news in there, news tab. And of course it is now no longer available. But it was showing Bakersfield, or not Bakersfield, what's next to Bakersfield. One of those towns that was under a basically stay home and wear a mask thing because of the smog is too high. The air is too stagnant over there. When I crossed over, over the grapevine, looking down into the Ellie basin, I was just like, look at that haze. That is not fog, kids. That is death. But yeah, over here they said Coachella Valley was also supposed to be this morning. I didn't notice anything. Maybe it's a little further south. I'm just up here in Indio off of I-10. But yeah, they were supposed to have some rain, and I don't think it actually came. But the weather's been good today. It was kind of like a Seattle day. But a little twist. Very, very dark clouds with spots that the sun could come out. So the sun's like beaming 79 degrees, and then there's like big dark shadows like you've seen on the Lion King. And Simba asked, what is over there in the Darklands? But anyways, I digress. It's been a venture, and I am definitely not looking forward towards the 1200 mile road trip home. But since I'm leaving early, maybe I'll sneak over to Santa Cruz. N7, WAA. This is repeater station kilo kilo seven. All right. I hope you have a fun drive back. 1200 miles is definitely a long drive. I've driven to Northern California from the Puget Sound, but never down to Southern California. And definitely not the, I'm not sure if it's Inland Empire or you're even further, maybe even further east than the Inland Empire there. But yeah, just took a brief look, and it looks like there was some pretty bad air quality over the Central Valley, including Bakersfield. Today like really 300 was the rating they were giving it, which is like insane. Maybe we had that once when we had those wildfires or something, but I'm not even sure it was that bad. But things can get pretty trapped in, you know, in that valley I guess. So I hope it has cleared up, because that does sound pretty brutal. So yeah, enjoy the remainder of your visit down to Southern California there. And yeah, motor safely on your way back. 7-3-D. All right, 9.26 p.m. This is Paul, K7PJP. We're here at nine o'clock net. Let's go ahead and get some, another round of champions here. Call signer name is all I need from you.
