So we'll focus in a little bit more on the Orionid meteor shower more generally. This is typically the big show in October and you know with as we've already mentioned the new moon this will be among the highlights for October's night sky observing for sure. The Orionid meteor shower stands out as one of the best. Peaking around October 21st, the Orionids deliver fast bright meteors that often leave behind long glowing trails. So those persistent trails are always fun right if you got a clear sky. Sometimes even fragments that flare and persist for several seconds. This would be cool. I'd be curious to know if any of you are you know as we take additional check-ins if any of you ever listen for audibles or if you monitor the noise that any of these showers make on the radio.
