But there are things you can do to get your blood pressure down. And I can tell you that one of them is walking. Even if you don't walk very far, you know, walk a little bit. And there's fruits and vegetables, I'm sure you already know that. Whole grains and nuts. And you know, there's something else. But anyway, salmon and dark chocolate. But yeah, I mean, you know, it gets tough. It gets tough, but you just have to work at that, you know. But nothing better than walking for it.
