Hey, V01UKV. Definitely got my attention on that beef jerky. I actually love beef jerky. So I eat a lot of it myself. I've been trying to stay away from sugar. And that sounded really good. I might want your recipe. But for beef, for me, I know. I'm sure mousse is good, too. But we really don't get that here. And as long as I can have beef, it's just like chicken. Why eat the snake if I can just eat the chicken? So that's kind of how I feel about it. But I get it. And it sounded really good. So I'll have to get some more insight on that. Because that's my thing now is beef jerky. You buy it. Some of it's hard. You can't even pull it apart. And then some of it's not got a great flavor. So you got my interest up on me making it myself. Because the other day, I threw away a few bags. I got one from Costco and ended up not liking the flavor. So I threw it out.
