Your valve stem will kind of have a nut on the outside and then there will be a nut on the inside so you'll have to take the tire off to get to it and then you can reattach the new valve stem in there and then put the tire back on and back up and you won't have any more trouble. You might not have any trouble now because it might have been just, you know, they never messed with the bike instead it may be stored so just maybe you constantly putting new air in the tire kind of loosen up that valve stem enough to take care of it or do this, take just a little dab of WP40 spray inside the valve stem, you know, where you take the cap off that might take care of it too but I would bet dollars to donuts on that one.
