Well, man, you know if you don't hear from me by tomorrow Maybe you shouldn't because that's friggin high that is incredibly high I mean, let's face it 120 as two beats a second and Pack another 20 out onto that. It's a friggin high heart rate man. That's a really high one. I don't know what happened maybe I was like Almost having a heart attack or so. I don't know it was like one of the highest numbers I've ever seen I mean, I've seen it as high as 160 when I was working out or something like that and that's like at the brink like that's when I got to stop and Because you know I'm getting lightheaded at that point, but yeah my blood pressure is high and I I Don't take meds for it because the pills they put me on years ago made me really violently sick like stomach sick and The doctor was like oh well I can try you on this one instead and I was like not bloody likely man I said what you gave me the first time Made me sick as a dog I don't want what you're going to try as your second alternative, and I never took a blood pressure pill since but my blood pressure is normally like 115 and 170 it's always always always even when I'm sitting down resting heart rate It's always two or three digit numbers I mean, I'm sat here at the desk right now if I took my blood pressure right now guaranteed it would be two or three digit numbers and So I just regulate it I don't over exert myself if I do when I start to feel dizzy I'll stop and I'll sit down, but yeah, I do get hypertension It's hypertension when your blood pressure is linked through a roof repeater station I do get that in November and I almost had a stroke twice In my days because of my blood pressure and I try to keep it down I mean, I'm not you know vastly overweight. I mean I'm not 300 pounds or nothing, but I am 240 you know and For my my height you know 510 240 is a lot But I mean you know I don't have a gut that hangs out like two feet in front of me or anything like that but It is pretty high my blood pressure anyway, but Tis what it is at the end of the day and the end of the day and the end of the list Let's go ahead and make another call for check-ins anybody anywhere.
