I'll tell you something weird Bill. I was in bed last night at around two o'clock in the morning and I had woken up Because I felt I needed a glass of water And when I woke up my watch was vibrating and that's why I woke up in the first place and it said I had a high heart rate of 142 beats a minute while I was asleep and When I woke up this morning, I looked at it and sure enough. I was having massive heart rate spikes For about 40 minutes or 35 40 minutes last night while I was while I was solid asleep and I don't think that's good because my regular resting heart rate is around you know 85 89 beats a minute and my regular sleeping heart rate is around 64 beats a minute and It almost went 80 beats a minute above What I normally have so it's pretty damn crazy you ever had anything happen like that
