I know what you're talking about. Yeah, I've seen them too. The one my parents had, the one I saw being used, in fact no I saw one from a customer. He was doing the same damn thing. It was actually quite a big machine. It was weighed real heavy. It was all metal. Kind of chromed on the outside. And You put the paper in there and you put the tobacco in there and then you turn this lever. It was like a little Well, it wasn't turning. It was actually pushing down on this lever and would roll it, wrap it and glue it all at the same time. Kind of a fancy machine, but I think the one you're talking about is just kind of a roller with a kind of a pad inside and you just put the paper in there and put whatever you want to put in there and then you kind of manually roll it by hand still, but it makes it a nice perfect round circle.
