Well, Tim, I would say fine business, except that water damage is not fine business. And the worst thing about water damage in my book, the thing that FEMA have to, or whoever it's got to be now, instead of FEMA, would condemn a property from hurricane damage or water damage from flooding or whatever is black mold. So because that's a genuine health risk, a very bad health risk. So if you have managed to have water damage, if there could be a such thing as simple water damage that you could then dry things out and not have anything be the problem except things got wet, it wouldn't be so bad in some aspects. But the real problem is when things become damp and they start becoming a habitat for molds that are terribly poisonous. I accidentally went to full spectrum light. I just bumped my LED powered music stand light here. So my sympathies with your friend at the OK Hotel who has had their studio flooded with water damage. I wasn't sure if you meant that the hotel had water damage or they're in the hotel because of water damage to their studio. But anyway, it's not good news. That's when you've just, I've thrown out.
