Hello Joan, well I'm on low power here, although it looks like it's on low power. Yeah, it's a Kenwood D700 here in my mobile. Anyway, down here on the waterfront right by the ferry terminal on Alaska Street, Alaskan Way I guess it is, at the front of the OK Hotel. I've got a friend who's got a studio in the basement of the OK Hotel for two years, but there's been a little problem. You might be able to relate to this with a previous experience. Apparently two floors above there was someone who had maybe a bathtub or something, something that was causing water to come pouring down all the way to the basement and doing significant water damage at my friend's studio. And that happened not once, not twice, but three times on different occasions. So it caused a lot of difficulty and not good smells and damage to projects she was working on and so forth. Anyway, moving up to the second floor now. I was here last night with a couple of friends. We've got quite a bit of the movie done, not all of it. Anyway, I'm here to drop off some stuff. Just drop it off and be here for a few minutes. But pretty soon she'll be moved into the second floor and done with the water in the basement. Yay! Anyway, other than that, just having a good week. It's been beautiful weather today and it's supposed to be excellent, maybe even just a little bit warmer tomorrow and Wednesday is going to be good too.
