Well, Sean, scorpions don't bother me as long as they don't sting me. And I wouldn't even mind getting stung per se as long as it wasn't life threatening or extremely painful. So, you know, I just don't want a bug to do me in. Because I've lived off the grid at least a couple of different times in the Upper Peninsula. I've lived off the grid other times too. But when you are away, you're in their place. You're living where they are, where they dominate. And so I just don't want bugs to give me health problems or kill me. Anyway, take care, Sean. You know, I'd love to have a black light to be able to look. These days you can get LED black lights, which are nice. They use them for checking IDs at drinking venues and entertainment venues because they become visible under black light, ultraviolet light. So I know that these handy little flashlight-sized UV lights exist. Much more easy to use than the cumbersome fluorescent ones. In fact, I even had one that was battery powered.
