Alright Bill, well thank you for coming in. Yeah, I heard most of that report a little bit earlier and I'm glad everything worked out in the end. It was pretty darn wild and wicked for a bit yesterday, kind of early evening because we had a heck of a hailstorm and then just dumped on the north end of Seattle there. I think many other places too. It was kind of interesting. So yeah, we definitely need the rain. But now this morning, cold and still a bit windy. The antennas are moving around a little bit, doing a little dance, but no problems. Alright, good to hear you Dan and, or I'm sorry Bill, good to hear you Dan.
