A big part of it is the safety centers. They weren't around back in the day. So you have the safety centers where people are allowed to be assisted to do their recreational heroin and then crack too. And so what happens is you get the clientele that does that stuff. It's not good, right? Like they are not people you want around your crib. And so they are loose all over the city, because sometimes too, they got to get their hustle on, right? Because they got to get their stuff some way. And I mean what do you think they do when they get their hustle on? It's not like weedheads, right? Where you know, they have a web of friends, you know, baseball bats, crimes, home invasions, the whole shebang.
