Good morning. KJ7BIH here. I was trying to get in earlier and I got trampled on from my tiny rig on Education Hill. On my way to my writer's workshop where we read chapters from our memoirs or personal history, it's kind of an unusual group that is mostly people my age who are working on personal reminiscences and we talk about things that we encountered when we were growing up and memoirs are the perfect way to add to that group. I had an interesting experience last night at the Aries Net. I was monitoring it and a lightning strike in the middle of a lightning storm and we lost power. Lo and behold all of my battery backup systems work flawlessly. Of course my laptop stayed up but all the radio stayed up and I was right in the middle of a transmission and it worked too. That's good news. Unfortunately I got up on the PSRG website and it was down. I could not accept my login so I could not check to see if other people in the area had lost power too. But that was transitory. The power came right back up but the website did not. I checked again this morning with the same app and it came right back up. Something went wrong at PSRG's website so they need to take a look at that and I'll be reporting that to them this morning as if they didn't know. KJ7BIH, back to Net. Bill on the website, I just called up their primary website to read off some announcements so I got through to that. I wonder if your cash needs clearing there somehow or maybe the power failure affected something else. Operate through on a power failure, that's impressive. I could get back on the air but it would take me half a minute to go find a battery and plug it in. So you've got a good set up there and good luck with the writing. Alright this is Dan KV7 RYY.
