I'm doing quite well, thank you. I happen to be charging up my car here at Shoreline. It's a Town and Country store. It's one of the Seattle City Light power stations, fast charger. And this is the least expensive way to get a fast charge on your car in the area. City Light has several different locations throughout King County. I don't know where they all are, but this is one of them. On Saturdays, normally it's lowest rate from 7pm to 7am. Sundays it's the low rate all day. Of course it's after 7pm. But anyway, I'm getting the low rate so I get to charge up for a pretty low price. And that's good usually. I'm charging up at Shoreline City Hall where it's free, but it's not a fast charger. It's just a level 2 charger. Anyway, I'm noticing, I didn't realize it as I'm flipping through the different screens on my car here, but it's got a HD Doppler radar map showing what the precipitation is and where in the area. It looks like it's mainly covering part of King County. Silverdale to Carnation is an area that is showing on the horizontal scale. Bothell to Bellevue on the vertical scale. Anyway, that's nice. Spent the evening helping a friend. Had a space, an artist space down at the OK Hotel on Seattle waterfront. They're moving into a different space because their old one had some problems. I think I mentioned before some leakage from floors above. So moving into the new space and I told my friend, I said, I suggest to do what I do, which is I always make sure anything I move into a new place is clean. I clean it off and check it before I move it into the new place. That way you're not moving into grungy old stuff. And while I was moving stuff, along with a couple of other people today, I was moving a storage rack and I noticed one of those little bugs that starts with a cock and ends with a roach. And I saw it and dispatched it. But I told my friend that she should bomb the old space before she moves anything else up into the new space. So I hope she takes that advice. In fact, I'm going to stop by hardware store tomorrow and buy some bombs. Anyway, that's my entertaining evening and I hope everyone has a great Monday coming up. KI-7 CEI. Oh my gosh, for sure. Yes, bomb the place. Yes. You know what's funny? I have never seen a cockroach in Washington State, ever. So if there are some, that's really not a good sign. So yeah, definitely bomb the place there. Anyway, hey, I hope you get your car charged up there. Sounds like you know the secret spot there. So hopefully you don't have to be there too long, but glad we're keeping you accompanied there and looking at your Doppler. Very, very cool there. Thanks, Tim. We'll catch you down the log. All right. Up next, Rebecca, KJ7IJZ. How are you? How is Andy? How is El Presidente and others? What's going on there? Please come ahead with the report.
