Good morning Barbara and everybody else out there on the World Wide Friendship Net this Sunday morning. Sun is coming up and I have a busy day grocery shopping and I am working on painting the computer room so hopefully wrapping that job up today and get the computer room back in order is the goal. I think my favorite game I played was like early college. Right as the internet was becoming the internet it was actually local bulletin boards systems where they had like 25 phone lines connected and you would dial into the phone line to play on a server and finally it got connected to the internet but right at that time is when I started playing a game called multi user dungeon or mega mud and it was a dungeon the dragons type text game everything was text back then we didn't have graphical games and you create a character and play for experience points you could train up and stuff so we would write programs that would run our character while we were at work or at school or something and come home and train up and then play it was a community game there and that's actually how I met my husband was playing this multi user dungeon game and yeah we ended up meeting in person and stuff he was in California and I was up in Seattle but it was a lot of fun talking with people all over like I said right at the beginning of the internet so there was a lot of social interaction as well as playing this game and you get war parties and stuff just like some of the games out there now but a lot of fun and I do miss that everything has gone technical and graphics so a bit of changes but good question there Barbara and I hope everybody has a wonderful Sunday this is Gina in Portland Kd7 GEC 73
