Yeah, well the being active part certainly really helps because I find anymore now if I'm sort of forced in that situation where all the days, the days dawning and I haven't even straightened out, get my bedtime or whatever. But yeah, anymore now you get moving and then eventually you should eventually tire yourself out. Because yeah, that's the thing. Others have tried to put me on the sleeping pills and stuff. I'm not trying to hear that. I mean if I was in some type of particular pain, maybe. But just for sleeping, no. Yeah, because you could be in a particular pain where you just can't stand being conscious. So it can happen and then the sleeping pills would have its purpose. So that's how I think about it. Well that's the second half of my problem is I get so tired that my tinnitus starts really kicking in. I hear it all the time but at night when I'm extremely tired it gets really bad. The hum is just terrible. So I'll lay down and it's keeping me up even though I'm extremely tired. So what I do is on a work day like today, just about a half hour before I go to bed, I will take two melatonin which is 10 milligrams and that helps. But I only do that on work days to make sure I do get some sleep. But usually I don't get more than five hours max any one day of the week.
