Hello, this is Allen, KK7WID in Bremerton. I am from Bremerton, but I did not go to the Bremerton Swab Meet. I knew it was happening. I'm a member of that club. But I slept in late and then decided I was just going to take it easy all day instead of going to the Swab Meet instead of planning my Halloween costume like Shawn. By the way, Shawn, I also go as myself most Halloween. I'm a music teacher, so when the kids ask me what I'm dressed up for as Halloween, I tell them I'm dressed up as a music teacher. They think that's pretty boring. But yeah, I didn't go to the Swab Meet. Instead, I spent some time sleeping in them and crawling around in my attic feeding in some cables to get my antenna hooked back up. I've moved my shack from one room to another. I've sort of been off the air for most of the last couple of weeks, having been able to check into this net. I tried last week, and my temporary setup wasn't enough to reach the repeater, apparently. So I'm curious when I finish my report, if someone can give me a signal report, let me know how I'm hitting that repeater over there. And I hope everyone's having a great week. I'm thoroughly enjoying watching some sports now that the hockey season is in full swing and certainly enjoyed the heck out of last night's Mariners game, and I'm looking forward to the next series. Back to net, KK7WID73. Well, Alan, that is a very worthwhile day spent crawling around the attic, as long as it's ham radio related. I do that, my back usually hurts crawling around the attic. But if your back hurts, I want you to know that it was worth it because you were just pegging everything just about on the Vodascope. You have a great signal. Looks really good. So the crawling around was definitely worth it. Very good. And I don't know about this going as myself. When you go as yourself, you don't get any candy, do you? Well, maybe you do. I'll have to try it. All right, let's move over and chat with Dean, KK7ODB. Good evening, Dean.
