Hello there Bill. My headphones are falling off the microphone stand. Alright, I'll just set the headphones on my piano. There we go. Nothing is happening tonight. You know, Thursday night someone was murdered a half a block away from my building. There was a shooting. I never mentioned it on the net. I didn't want to spoil the evening. But just before checking into Ben's Thursday evening, there were six shots fired and then three more shots fired. It makes me think it was a 9mm, a certain brand. But one person was wounded by a ricochet and of course the intended victim died on the scene. So there were maybe 100 customers in the QFC that were sheltering in place. The whole Broadway Avenue and East Pike Street intersection was just frozen with cop cars, street cars stranded, a bus tried to make a turn to detour but they couldn't because police cars were blocking East Pike Street. So it was quite a mess. It was a bit much. I didn't bring it up on Thursday night when it happened but now it's two days old. So I thought I'd mention it. How's it going? Just a couple of shootings in the last couple of weeks. But what's me worried? I'm a member of Alfred E. Newman. It's kind of like that. So today I went to the grocery store and I stocked on some, well I bought some milk, whole milk. I even bought a couple of cans of condensed milk to add to my shelter in place stash of food. My cache, I have a cache of about 40 liters of water as well. My thoughts turn to survival sometimes. However, this is still the nicest place, the best place I've ever lived. I don't know what that says about other places I've lived but I will be content. Oh, I bought some Merlot, some inexpensive Merlot. Cheers, Governor. My amateur sommelier would say a bit vegetative but it will do. The numbers to all my hands KX2CW, Joan, I'm brought right back to that. Well thank you Joan, cheers to you. Yeah, that is a real tragic story. I read that in the newspaper about that murder. It's a big city. I mean big cities have murders and that happens. And I read those articles and I take great comfort when they're usually a place I wouldn't go at night anyway at 2.30 a.m. and places where people who have problems go. And so I feel kind of secure but I must say that murder I think was at like 8 p.m. or something on Broadway in Beast Pike. That's really scary. I might be there Joan, it's near you. That was very strange and as the article said, you know, it was at 8 p.m. there were a bunch of witnesses apparently. So I hope, I haven't heard anything about them catching that guy but that is a really scary one. Well on that downer note, not criticism of you Joan but it is, that's just a depressing thought, let's move ahead and hope, just hope that DJ KG7QEO can bring up the level of enjoyment. DJ over to you.
