Mike, thank you for that. Yeah, we haven't had any rain up here in Seattle, at least. I'm in Shoreline, just north of Seattle so far today. And I've noticed that sometimes down there, Olympia, Lacey area gets a little bit more rain than we do, depending on whatever the cloud gods are doing, whatever they're up to. So thank you for that. Yeah, as far as the power goes, of course, some of these places want to build their own mini nuclear plants, which is fine, I guess. Kind of separate some from the grid.
