Brad, thank you for that. Glad to hear the weather's favorable down there in Texas. Up here in Seattle, we've had a pretty good long, long string of dry days. We've had a little bit of rain the last couple of days. Actually, we need more because we've had kind of a drought all summer. But it's about the same temperature here, just probably a little higher humidity because it is kind of gray and cloudy, and a little bit of rain in the forecast the next couple of days, but not bad. Again, thank you for your checking, and congratulations, or accommodations to your wife for doing the delivery for the food service there. That's important. I do a little bit of volunteering myself, but I need to find more time to do more of that.
