I totally forgot I was supposed to comment on buildings. I got interested in the phones. So they got the Chase building in Phoenix and that's 40 stories high but they're building another building. Ayers building or Ayers that's supposed to be 44 stories high and those are going to be the two tallest buildings in Phoenix. The Ayers building won't be ready until probably 2027, 2028 depending on if they don't have any more delays. But yeah, so the Chase building from Chase Bank that's 40 feet high and that's the tallest building in Phoenix right now. All right, thank you.
