KJ5IRQ I'm in and out today. Got some things to do this morning. But we have two buildings. So y'all know I live in a pretty small Texas town, right? If you look up the Crazy Water Hotel, or even larger than that, is the Baker Hotel. Yeah, in this little bitty rest Texas town where there ain't crap, we have, you know, a 13, 14 story hotel. It's been closed down for a long time. The Crazy Water Hotel is six stories? Seven stories? I forget how tall. Anyhow, it is up and operational. It's a hotel slash Airbnb slash loss. And then down below it has a group of different shops and a brewery and a restaurant. So, yeah, kind of odd for a town like us, but there you go. So that was the Crazy Water Hotel and the Baker Hotel. Okay, well with that I am probably off for the day. I'll be listening. But I've got things to do today and tomorrow since it's the weekend and I've had to work so much. And I have my upgrade tonight. So tomorrow I may be stuck on a computer all day. We'll work. We'll see. But with that, I'll say 73 is for the day and be listening out. KJ5IRQ. Yeah, that's the story of my life. I'm always stuck on a computer. And yep. That would almost, some of those hotels would almost sound like, I know I'll get this wrong. Because the names for it is so weird. The Roger Center. Maybe the Roger Center is like one of those places that, The Roger Center is what, okay, I hope I got the names right. You people will Google and, you know, That's what I mean when I say, when I say you troll babies. I'm not making fun of you. I'm just saying people, troll babies just simply means people looking up stuff. And it's also the same people that send things and screen shot things, right. So, troll babies. Might be able to set me straight. I never know the names. But, see, because there's two things. And yeah, thanks a lot for your in and out. But there's two things. There's the Roger Center and the Roger Stadium. The Sky Dome should be the Roger Stadium. I think they're going to write that in a few years. But that's not what it is. The Sky Dome, the big hotel with the big observatory, And where the games take place, And certain big festive type things take place. Right up there, right in the eyes of the city. That's the Roger Center now. Which used to be the Sky Dome. And then the hotel, there's a hotel that attaches to it. I don't even know the prices, but when I was a kid, You were looking at about five grand a night to stay there. To have the view from the high rise, high rises. So to get a room up there. And I think it was the place where the Swifties were. Last November. And they paid through the nose. Because they weren't staying like, let's say at the Days Inn or one of those places. Or they would have done, what is that kind of pricing they do? I forgot the name of it. Where, is it traffic pricing? Or some kind of pricing where when they know that it's busy. When they know, like let's say a convention is coming to town. When they know that it's prime time or prime time traffic. They raise the prices, right? But there's a name for it. Some kind of choice pricing. I know it's on the tip of everybody's tongue. So, I don't know what it's called. Anyways, so then there's the Rogers Stadium and the way they're using that. It's like a big concert hall. So they hold concerts there. Excuse me. During the CNE, during the summer. They had the jazz festival, they held it there. They had the big band. They had the Filipino festival and a bunch of things. And it's so confusing. Because it ought to be like you would think of that as the Rogers Center. So, I don't understand any of it. I know Rogers bought the Sky Dome many years ago and renamed it. There used to be a big joke when Ted Rogers was buying almost everything, right? Because it used to just be Rogers used to just be a cable company. But the big joke is now they leased the air that you breathe. So if you breathe oxygen, you got to make sure you pay a cut to Rogers. Otherwise, he'll send his lead pipe horns over to break your legs. Okay, so, let's keep going.
