Yeah, the impression I had from an officer I accidentally overheard say something about revitalizing Westlake and then one of the officials said that that was the case that they were going to do that at the end of last month. So I don't know if they finished it or not. I only heard half the conversation because some protester came by and started snarling. And I said I wasn't doing the cop's job. That kind of upset the protester. But the point got across, thought about making a fight with me and decided against it. Good because I wasn't set for it.
