Yes, I am Rob, KM7ALY, and yes, I am in the Phoenix area, more precisely Apache Junction at Motel 6, but I completely disrespect them because their advertisers may say they'll leave the light on for you, but this particular one, its light is half burned out and quite a lot of the quality of the motel that I'm in. But no, I'm here, going to see my grandkids tomorrow and maybe do some PODA activations in the Superstition Mountains and just have a great weekend eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and grandkids and PODA stuff and the drive down here was absolutely wonderful. Did a long range experiment with my DMR radio and my DMR spot, hooked into my cell phone and I was able to use it all the way from my home in Bullhead City all the way down here and it was just absolutely great. I figured I had better check in tonight and let Ann know that yes, I made it safely and I'm here in one piece. Anyway, back to the net. 73 to everybody and this is KM7ALY.
