Yeah, from GWA, yes, yeah, there's tons of change there, however, that's for sure, but I say I never had to do that, but as you say, this is years and years ago. And, you know, but the link thing, it can be interesting at times, but with anything like recruitment and stuff like that, you've got to be very, very careful, you know, especially if they want you to send some money to the process, you know, etc, etc, etc. You travel a long distance and turn up and there's no building there, it's just a building site or just a bit of blank land there. So, you've still got to be very, very careful no matter what you do. But, I found LinkedIn is pretty good on the odd times that I've made use of it, made contacts through it. But, yeah, still you've got to be very cautious and they say they're just protecting themselves as well. They want to be, you know, their reputation, they want a good reputation, so if they've got to do everything they can possible to make sure that everybody who's on there is legit. But, you know, then they can say, okay, somebody does get through, well look, we've done this, we've done this check, we've done that check and they all got passed, so, you know, we've done this best we reasonably can, you know, under the circumstances, especially if somebody takes them to court or sues them, I guess.
