This is N7 JVJ, Henry in Silverdale, Washington. Sitting here nestled up against the Hood Canal, making it close to Bangor, Washington. Yeah, so I got a question. It's probably better for the new net where there's a lot more participants, but I'm trying to find a nice lighted keyboard for the hand shack. I don't like turning out all the lights on while I'm operating, and between the monitors and radios, they cast quite enough light, but the keyboard is kinda shadowed, and I'm a two-fingered piper for the most part. I just purchased a really cool-looking keyboard that I thought would do the trick. It looks like a typewriter, the old manual, and it even clicks like them, but where they could have really shined, hi, hi, no pun intended, they didn't. Although the keys beneath are very brightly lit LEDs, the letters themselves are kind of less than on top, and they only use one third of the key itself to light up the letter. The letter size is only about one third of the key size, so what a waste, and with that little upgrade, there are no box stores you could really go shopping for keyboards anymore, not like you used to. So I was wondering if anybody had some personal experience and knows of a good one. That being said, I'll turn it back to my controls. This is N7, JVJ, good morning, everyone.
