Well, good morning there, Ron. I was eating my breakfast and still sitting over there getting cold. I thought I'd have enough time to get breakfast in before I checked in, but no. Anyway, here I am. No, Gunner, that's how much I love you there, Ron. I get it. I'm letting my breakfast get cold. Anyway, we're just, gee, the sun came out. It was really angry this morning when we woke up. The wind was blowing and it was cloudy and nasty looking, but now the sun is peeking through a little bit. But yesterday was gorgeous over here. We had dinner on the deck last night. And, I mean, summer just slammed the door with a vengeance. And it's really funny. But anyway, it's supposed to be raining the next three or four days, and we will be back in Seattle a week from today. So, looking forward. I'm not looking forward to the trip across the mountains, but it'll be good to get back to the other side of the hill for a while. And the weather's changing over here, and I think I'd rather have the weather in Seattle than the weather here. So, anyway, Ron, thanks for doing the net here, and I'm trying to keep it going a little longer. Glad to hear Skipper and Bill are here yet too. So, we got more traffic for you there, sir.
