There is good morning, Jennifer, and I hope in two weeks for you here, I'll kind of be quiet when the lady is here. They won't be up for another hour or so. And it is about 9.40. My goodness, time flies when you're having fun. Well, this is my last day in Texas. We get up about 4 o'clock in the morning and head back to Ricardo. So, have a good one. Everybody is so inclined.
