Well, it's in the rain here. We'll take it. I promise you. We'll take all you want to give me. Texas, at least my part of Texas, will take any drop you want to give us. It's dry. Now, it's humid, don't get me wrong. It is humid, but it doesn't always mean that down in Texas, even if it's humid, we can still have a lot of grass fires. In fact, we had a pretty good sized one the other day about seven, eight miles away from here. So we'll take all the rain. And AI, yeah, I mean, AI is magical. I mean, it's not another word for it. It really is. However, as I said many times on this map, don't believe who's thing it tells you. It's not perfect. Okay? If you think AI because it's a computer is perfect, you're going to be sorely disappointed. I use it for work every day. Okay? Everybody at my company uses it for work like it's ingrained these days. And it messes things up all the time. Thankfully, at my job, I know my job well enough to know whenever it's telling me a line of bullshit. And I can be like, hey, hey, you know, where'd you get that at? You know, verify it and correct it. And that's what everybody has to remember the AI. You have to correct it because it will tell you a line of bull crap. What I typically do, and I'll just be honest, especially when I'm working on political things because it's such a hot topic these days on anything politically, right? And you throw stats out there, you throw facts out there. And even when you throw those things out there, that's Fox News reporting it. What makes you think you can't trust Fox News, but you can trust MSNBC or CNN. So you see my dilemma there. I watch them all, of course. I don't trust any of them. However, chat GPT as an example makes it so much easier because now I say, hey, I want to know the news and I want it to be unbiased and I want no political affiliation whatsoever in the news and it will skim all the news for me and give me my return. When I'm looking for facts, for an example, yesterday I said Texas had close to 25%, 24.9%. I think that's exactly what it said. All the arrests, immigration in Florida and California come in second and third at around 11% and 7% respectively. So I got that from chat GPT. I cross referenced it with Gemini and then I went ahead and double, triple checked it last night with perplexity. All just giving it the same data saying fact check this data and every one of them came back with the same sources saying that that was true or fairly accurate numbers is honestly what the three said, fairly accurate numbers. And I don't expect it to be perfect, but it does give us a really good view I think of what you're looking for. Let me take a quick drop. I do also tell most people these days whenever they ask me anything about AI, to keep in mind AI is to be your assistant. Okay. It's your assistant. So it's going to, once it learns you, it's going to view things the way that you want them to be. For an example, I'm center right. I like things to be more centralized.
