Hi Mike, good to hear you. It's been a while brother. Would you answer me one question? You said Corning, New York, right? Isn't that where they make the Corning bakeryware and stuff at? The reason why I ask is my wife and my father-in-law are here and they're native New Yorkers. They're from around Schenectady. I think it's not Schenectady is where they're from. I just say Schenectady because that's the biggest town around. They live in an eerily-beeny, rich infested village. Oh, they did. Called Esperance, which is quite a raise from Corning. Anyhow, I thought it was interesting when you said you bought a house in Corning, New York and they both took their heads up like little groundhogs. So, anyhow, I'll send it back to you for one more over before you slip away.
