Hey, good morning everyone. This is Michael WA6ABC. Doing okay. Had my breakfast. Got myself off to not such a running start. I woke up very early and just basically stayed in bed, put the covers over my head. It's cold here. Colder for New York is around 50 degrees this morning. So it feels like it's in the 40s with the wind chill. And I have my home health aide here who's doing some cooking for me. She came at about 8am and doing some accounting and bookkeeping online. And preparing for a trip. Tomorrow I'm going up to Corning, New York to go look at the house that I bought on the internet. Yes, I bought a house on the internet without actually going there. So tomorrow I'm going to see the house. There's a clause in the contract that says, you know, if upon visual inspection there's any problem, that we can cease and desist. So it should be fine. It's a beautiful house. And we're leaving something like 4 in the morning because it's going to take 4 and a half, 5 hours to get up there. And again another 5 hours to get back when we want to do it same day. So good luck to us. Other than that, the cats seem to be doing okay. Have to see how they're dealing with the cooler weather. Working on transporting the cats. I found a company that does cat transport. So they're in place hopefully to do that. And one thing after another. So good to hear people on the net. I've been in and out this morning so I didn't sign in earlier. And I'll send it back to net. Not sure. This is probably going to be my one and done. But nice to hear everybody.
